About the Role

Beaconhouse Group is seeking an experienced and strategic cybersecurity leader for the position of Deputy General Manager – Cyber & Information Security. The role is responsible for leading enterprise-wide cybersecurity initiatives, strengthening information security governance, managing cyber risks, and ensuring secure digital transformation across the Group’s education, hospitality, and allied businesses.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in cybersecurity operations, governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and enterprise security architecture, along with strong leadership capabilities to drive security culture and resilience.

• Minimum 5 years in a senior security leadership position

Core Responsibilities

Cybersecurity Strategy & Governance

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy
• Establish security policies, standards, and governance frameworks
• Lead cyber risk and information security governance initiatives

Security Operations & Incident Response

• Oversee SOC operations and MSSP engagements
• Lead major cyber incident investigations and crisis response
• Ensure effective monitoring, detection, and response capabilities

Risk, Compliance & Audit

• Conduct enterprise cyber risk assessments
• Manage compliance with regulatory and security requirements
• Support audit processes and data protection obligations

Security Architecture & Digital Enablement

• Promote security-by-design across infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments
• Collaborate with DevOps and Infrastructure teams on secure system architectures

Awareness & Capability Building

• Drive organization-wide cybersecurity awareness programs
• Strengthen internal security capabilities and operational maturity
