👉 Job Overview

Mercy Corps is hiring a District Field Supervisor (DFS) for its TB-DOTS under PPM Project. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing project activities at the district level, coordinating with healthcare stakeholders, managing TB case registration targets, supervising field operations, and ensuring timely reporting and documentation.

âš™ī¸ Key Responsibilities

đŸĨ Program Implementation & Coordination

  • Coordinate with district health authorities, laboratories, hospitals, and private healthcare facilities for effective TB-DOTS implementation.

  • Strengthen collaboration with healthcare stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

🚗 Field Operations & Monitoring

  • Conduct field visits, district mapping, and monitoring activities.

  • Supervise field-level interventions and ensure smooth project execution.

📊 Reporting & Documentation

  • Submit monthly progress reports, work plans, and TB recording/reporting tools.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation.

💊 Supply Chain & Logistics

  • Ensure timely availability and distribution of anti-TB drugs and laboratory reagents.

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment when required.

🔍 Case Finding & Patient Support

  • Support contact screening, sputum transportation, and Active Case Finding (ACF) activities.

  • Facilitate referrals of rifampicin-resistant TB cases to PMDT sites.

📁 Records & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate programmatic and financial records.

  • Ensure compliance with Mercy Corps operational, safeguarding, and reporting policies.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

📚 Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Social Sciences or a relevant discipline)

đŸ’ŧ Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in community-based programs

  • Preference will be given to candidates with TB DOTS awareness program experience

đŸ› ī¸ Required Skills

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

🌐 Language Requirements

  • Fluency in:

    • English

    • Urdu

    • Punjabi
