This position is offered by the NADRA, a leading government organization responsible for national identity registration and secure data management systems in Pakistan.


? Educational Requirements

  • LL.B or Bar at Law (mandatory)
  • Minimum 16 years of HEC-verified education
  • All degrees must be attested by HEC / relevant regulatory body

?? Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting and revising rules, regulations, and legal frameworks for government approval
  • Support implementation of compliance systems related to data protection, privacy, and security laws
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on national and international laws impacting organizational operations
  • Monitor regulatory compliance and assist in risk assessment activities
  • Liaise with government bodies, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders for policy alignment
  • Prepare legal reports, recommendations, and documentation for senior management
  • Draft legal opinions on regulatory, policy, and compliance matters
  • Ensure adherence to Pakistani laws related to citizenship, registration, privacy, and data protection

? Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of Pakistani constitutional and regulatory law
  • Expertise in legal drafting and opinion writing
  • Excellent research and analytical abilities
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to work in policy, compliance, and governance environments

? Terms & Conditions

  1. Selected candidate will undergo a 6-month probation period, extendable based on performance
  2. Management reserves the right to cancel/withhold recruitment at any stage
