Position Overview

BOP is seeking an experienced and performance-driven professional for the position of Senior Manager – Digital Lending (Apps). This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead digital banking application development and contribute to the bank’s technology transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise banking applications.
• Manage and supervise mobile and backend development teams across multiple projects.
• Define technical architecture, coding standards, and software development best practices.
• Oversee the development of native Android and iOS applications along with backend APIs and services.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance application delivery.
• Collaborate closely with business, compliance, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams.
• Review technical designs, system documentation, and deployment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with banking security requirements and regulatory standards.
• Mentor development teams and promote technical excellence and innovation.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

Experience

• 7 to 9 years of relevant banking or non-banking industry experience.

Age Limit

• Up to 55 years as of the application closing date.
