? Job Overview

A highly responsible legal and regulatory role focused on supporting compliance, policy development, and legal advisory functions within the organization. The position requires strong expertise in Pakistani legal frameworks, policy analysis, regulatory compliance, and legal drafting to support institutional governance and decision-making.


? Eligibility Criteria

Education Required

  • LL.B or Bar at Law qualification
  • Minimum 16 years of HEC verified education
  • Degrees must be attested by HEC

Experience

  • Preferably 5 years of relevant professional experience

?? Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting and revising legal rules, regulations, and policy frameworks
  • Support implementation of compliance measures related to data protection, privacy, and security regulations
  • Conduct legal research and provide analytical support on national and international laws impacting organizational operations
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and assist in risk assessments
  • Coordinate with government authorities, regulatory institutions, and stakeholders for policy alignment
  • Prepare legal opinions, reports, recommendations, and official legal documentation for management review
  • Provide guidance on compliance, governance, and regulatory matters
  • Ensure strong legal drafting, analytical, and communication standards

? Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of Pakistani laws related to citizenship, registration, privacy, and data protection
  • Excellent legal research and analytical abilities
  • Professional legal drafting and opinion-writing skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

? Terms & Conditions

  • Initial probation period of 6 months, extendable based on performance
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for test/interview
  • Government/Semi-Government employees must provide NOC at interview stage
  • Incorrect or false information will lead to disqualification
  • Medical Fitness and Character Certificates will be required from selected candidates
  • No TA/DA will be admissible
