The organization is seeking a skilled Network Engineer – Core Networks for its Headquarters operations. This role involves managing and supporting critical core network infrastructure with a focus on stability, security, and performance in a 24/7 operational environment.

🎓 Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s (4 Years) in:

• Computer Science

• Information Technology

• Telecom Engineering

• Software Engineering

• Or equivalent relevant field

HEC-attested degree is mandatory

💼 Experience Required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Network Operations

⚙️ Key Responsibilities & Skills

🔹 Core Network Operations

• Manage Layer 2/3 switches, core firewalls, WAF, IDS/IPS systems

• Perform daily troubleshooting and operational support of core network infrastructure

📊 Performance & Optimization

• Bandwidth monitoring, QoS management, SLA tracking

• Network health checks and preventive maintenance

• Incident management and escalation handling

🛠️ Deployment & Infrastructure

• Hardware commissioning, implementation, and RMA coordination

• Ensure proper cabling, rack mounting, and physical infrastructure standards

🔒 Security & Reliability

• Implement firewall policies and encryption mechanisms

• Conduct redundancy testing, backup, and restoration validation

📋 Documentation & Administration

• Maintain SOPs, IP schemes, network diagrams, and technical documentation

• Manage inventory, vendor coordination, and audit compliance

🌐 Operational Readiness

• Provide 24/7 support including night/weekend shifts

• Ensure high availability and service continuity

• Strong communication skills

• Problem-solving ability

• Ability to multitask under pressure

📜 Terms & Conditions

• Selected candidate will undergo a 6-month probation period, extendable based on performance

• Management reserves the right to cancel/withhold recruitment at any stage without reason
