🎯 Job Purpose

The role is responsible for managing and optimizing the Enterprise Data Network Infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, reliability, and scalability in line with evolving business needs.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

🌐 Enterprise Network Management

  • Manage Enterprise Data Networks including:

    • Data Center Networks

    • Network Security Infrastructure

    • Wireless & Wired Networks

    • Wide Area Network (WAN) across nationwide offices

📊 Network Monitoring & Optimization

  • Monitor network infrastructure and recommend optimization strategies to proactively minimize incidents and downtime.

  • Analyze network performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Recommend network enhancements and infrastructure upgrades to management.

🛠️ Network Troubleshooting & Support

  • Troubleshoot Enterprise Data Network issues to ensure maximum uptime and operational continuity.

  • Provide end-user support for VPN access with Token-Based Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

🔒 Network Security Management

  • Implement and optimize security controls across:

    • Routers

    • Switches

    • Firewalls

    • Wi-Fi Infrastructure

  • Implement and refine security policies for:

    • Next Generation Firewalls (NGFW)

    • Intrusion Detection & Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS)

    • Web Application Firewalls (WAF)

🌍 Routing & Connectivity Management

  • Configure and optimize routing protocols, preferably:

    • OSPF

    • BGP

  • Manage third-party connectivity solutions through:

    • Point-to-Point (P2P) Links

    • VPN Tunnels

☁️ Cloud & Software Defined Networking

  • Configure and manage Cloud Network Infrastructure using Software Defined Networking (SDN) tools.

📈 Log Analysis & Security Monitoring

  • Perform analytical reviews of logs and events generated from:

    • Routers

    • Switches

    • Next Generation Firewalls (NGFW)

    • IDS/IPS Solutions

    • Web Application Firewalls (WAF)

🤝 Project & Vendor Management

  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating effectively across departments and teams.

  • Coordinate with vendors for:

    • Preventive Maintenance

    • Health Checks

    • Issue Escalations

    • Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

📋 Vendor Performance & Compliance

  • Ensure vendor SLA compliance.

  • Monitor and evaluate quarterly vendor KPIs.

  • Maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and service providers.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

📚 Education

Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in):

  • Computer Science

  • Information Technology

  • Engineering

💼 Experience

  • Up to 1 year of relevant experience.
