? Educational Requirements

• LL.B or Bar at Law
• Minimum 16 years of HEC-verified education
• All degrees must be attested by HEC

? Professional Experience

• Preferably 5 years of relevant legal experience

?? Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and revising rules, regulations, and legal frameworks for government approval
• Support implementation of compliance frameworks (data protection, privacy & security laws)
• Conduct legal research on national and international laws impacting organizational functions
• Monitor regulatory compliance and assist in risk assessment processes
• Liaise with government bodies, regulators, and stakeholders for policy alignment
• Prepare legal opinions, reports, and recommendations for senior management
• Provide expert input on citizenship, registration, data protection, and privacy laws of Pakistan
• Ensure high-quality legal drafting, analysis, and documentation

? Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Pakistani constitutional & administrative law
• Expertise in data protection & privacy regulations
• Excellent legal drafting & research skills
• Strong analytical and communication abilities (written & verbal)

1. Selected candidates will undergo a 6-month probation period (extendable based on performance)
