? Key Responsibilities:
- Manage fleet card portal operations and customer transactions
- Handle card activation/deactivation and onboarding processes
- Coordinate with software vendors/developers for troubleshooting and system upgrades
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and data analysis
- Provide IT support to internal departments and fleet card users
- Ensure system security, data accuracy, and smooth POS/payment integration
