Indus Hospital & Health Network is seeking a skilled System Support Engineer to provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, software, and networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Refer major hardware, software, and defective-product issues to vendors or technicians for service and repair.
• Test computers and ensure proper installation of software, applications, and programs.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting computer operating systems.
• Maintain computers and other IT equipment.
• Perform maintenance and upgrades of computer systems and recommend required upgrades.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair network infrastructure.
• Repair computers and equipment at the component level.
• Coordinate computer maintenance activities with Senior Operations Staff and other IT professionals.
• Troubleshoot routine technical issues and perform preventive maintenance.
