Job Description
Indus Hospital & Health Network (IHHN) is seeking a skilled Technical Support Executive to provide technical assistance, maintain critical hospital IT systems, and ensure seamless day-to-day technology operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience supporting enterprise applications, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a healthcare environment.
🎓 Education
- BS Computer Science (BSCS)
- BS Information Technology (BS IT)
- BE Computer Engineering
- BE Information Engineering
💼 Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant IT support experience.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network connectivity, and in-house applications.
- Log, monitor, and track IT support requests while escalating complex issues when required.
- Maintain and support critical hospital systems such as HMIS and ERP, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Perform root cause analysis to resolve complex technical issues and minimize system downtime.
- Explain technical concepts and solutions clearly to non-technical users.
- Collaborate with clinicians, administrative staff, IT teams, and external vendors to resolve system-related issues.
- Train and support end-users and IT team members on new technologies and system functionalities.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, onboarding, and user training.
- Assist with implementation, testing, and deployment of new IT systems and software upgrades.
- Provide system-level troubleshooting and ongoing technical support to end-users.
- Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, security patches, and data backups.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, maintenance activities, and application checklists.
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), data privacy regulations, and hospital information security policies.
- Participate in an on-call support rotation for critical IT incidents outside regular working hours.
- Ensure compliance with IHHN policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Windows environments, networking, and enterprise applications.
- Experience with HMIS, ERP, or other healthcare information systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and user support skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
