Job Description

The Network & Application Executive will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure, software applications, systems, networks, and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications to ensure optimal performance and user accessibility.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Provide support for application-related issues by troubleshooting and resolving problems promptly.
• Monitor the performance of software applications, identify potential issues, and ensure their timely resolution.
• Monitor overall system performance and resolve IT-related issues efficiently.
• Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to staff regarding IT-related queries and the effective use of applications.
• Manage IT inventory and maintain accurate records of hardware, software, and licenses.
• Perform regular maintenance of IT equipment, including computers, printers, and networking devices.
