The organization is seeking a skilled and motivated CCTV Technician to join its Information Technology department. The selected candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CCTV and Audio/Visual (AV) equipment to ensure smooth and reliable system operations.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• D.A.E. in Electronics, or

• Graduation with a relevant certificate.

Experience:

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users for CCTV and Audio/Visual systems.

• Install CCTV cameras and perform minor repairs when required.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues affecting CCTV systems.

• Perform preventive maintenance of CCTV equipment.

• Manage networking and connectivity of CCTV systems.

• Coordinate with vendors to repair defective or malfunctioning cameras.

• Install and perform minor repairs on Audio/Visual equipment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting AV systems.

• Conduct preventive maintenance of Audio/Visual equipment.

• Manage networking and connectivity of AV systems.

• Coordinate with vendors for the repair of defective AV equipment.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of CCTV installation and maintenance.

• Understanding of electronics and networking.

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of Audio/Visual equipment and systems.

• Ability to provide technical support to end users.
