Job Description

MMBL is looking for an experienced T24 Development Lead to provide technical leadership for its T24 Core Banking engineering team. The role involves T24 development, core banking data migration, platform optimization, system integrations, and technical governance within the TAFJ environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture and execution of Core Banking Data Migration projects.
• Develop and customize T24 local components, AA routines, system screens, enquiries, deal slips, local reference fields, and user exits.
• Design and optimize integrations using OFS, IRIS APIs, REST/SOAP Web Services, and middleware gateways.
• Optimize Oracle database schemas, SQL queries, indexing, and T24 COB batch processing.
• Establish code review, unit testing, CI/CD, and deployment standards using tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, and OKE.
• Work with business analysis teams to translate functional requirements into reliable technical solutions.
• Ensure core banking system stability, scalability, and performance.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 8+ years of core banking software development experience.
• At least 5+ years of hands-on T24 development experience.
• Relevant experience in core banking data migration is mandatory.

Required Skills

• Temenos T24 Transact architecture and TAFJ framework
• Java, InfoBasic/jBase, and Arrangement Architecture (AA)
• Core banking data migration, ETL, OFS batch loading, and GL reconciliation
• Oracle Database, SQL tuning, indexing, and COB performance optimization
• OFS, IRIS APIs, REST/SOAP Web Services
• Git, Jenkins, Docker, and OKE
• Technical architecture, code governance, and CI/CD practices

Desirable Certifications

• Temenos Certified Technical Consultant – TAFJ
• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)
• Java SE Developer Certification
