Job Description

The Manager Digital Lending App will lead the development and delivery of digital lending applications, mobile platforms, and backend services. The successful candidate will oversee technical architecture, manage development teams, and ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage mobile applications and related services.

• Lead mobile and backend development teams across multiple projects.

• Define technical architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.

• Oversee native Android and iOS application development.

• Manage backend APIs and services.

• Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and high-performing.

• Collaborate with business, compliance, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams.

• Review system designs, technical documentation, and deployment strategies.

• Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery quality.

• Ensure compliance with banking security requirements and regulatory standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Minimum bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

• Preference will be given to candidates holding a master's degree.

Experience

• Minimum 4–7 years of banking or non-banking experience, as specified in the job advertisement.

• At least 2 years of relevant banking experience is required.

Age Limit

• Maximum 55 years as of the application date.
