Educational Requirements

• Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.

• A Master's degree will be preferred.

• Degrees must be attested by HEC.

Professional Experience

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles.

• Proven experience leading and managing technology or IT functions in large public-sector, corporate, or technology-driven organizations.

• Demonstrated ability to improve organizational technology infrastructure and drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for NADRA's technology function and digital transformation initiatives.

• Oversee IT governance, technology infrastructure, and systems development.

• Drive innovation and software application development.

• Strengthen cybersecurity, technology resilience, and secure IT operations.

• Recommend strategic technology solutions to Management and the Authority.

• Ensure reliable, efficient, and secure technology services across the organization.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Technology strategy development and execution.

• Digital transformation and innovation leadership.

• Software development and engineering principles.

• Cybersecurity and secure software development methodologies.

• Knowledge of programming languages and emerging technologies.

• IT infrastructure management and technology governance.

Important Terms & Conditions

• The selected candidate will undergo a three-month probation period, which may be extended based on performance.

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.

• Government and semi-government employees must provide an NOC at the time of interview.

• Five years of general age relaxation is already included in the stated age limit.
