Job Description

NADRA is inviting applications for the position of Deputy Assistant Director (AI/ML Research Engineer) on a contractual basis. The selected candidate will work on machine learning, deep learning, data processing, and AI research-related activities.

Key Responsibilities and Required Skills

• Understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning methods, statistical techniques, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Basic knowledge of Python and machine learning/deep learning frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

• Ability to perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, evaluation, and optimization.

• Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning platforms and MLOps workflows.

• Working knowledge of big data technologies and large-scale datasets.

• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates with a relevant four-year Bachelor's degree are eligible to apply.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• A Master's degree is an added advantage.

• Candidates must be willing to work in any shift as required.

• Government and semi-government employees must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) with their application.
