🎯 Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and oversight for TB control and public health programs in Punjab.
• Lead planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of healthcare projects.
• Ensure quality program delivery, reporting, compliance, and donor requirements.
• Coordinate with government departments, health authorities, NGOs, UN agencies, and development partners.
• Manage project resources including financial, operational, and human resources.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop project teams to achieve program objectives.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure effective security management.
• Support partnerships, sustainability initiatives, and healthcare system strengthening.

🎓 Required Qualifications:

✅ Master’s degree in Public Health, Medicine (MBBS), or relevant field.
✅ Minimum 8–10 years of experience in health/public health program management.
✅ At least 5 years of senior management experience leading complex programs.
✅ Strong leadership, coordination, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
✅ Experience with donor-funded health programs (especially Global Fund) will be preferred.
✅ Knowledge of TB control programs and healthcare systems is an advantage.
