Damen Support Programme (DSP), a SECP-regulated microfinance organization, is seeking an experienced Chief Technology / Information Officer (CTO/CIO) to lead its technology strategy, IT governance, digital transformation, and enterprise-wide technology initiatives. The selected candidate will report directly to the CEO and oversee core systems, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, and innovation.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy, digital transformation, and technology innovation.
• Oversee Core Banking Systems, LMS, FIS, digital platforms, and cloud adoption.
• Ensure IT governance, cybersecurity, infrastructure management, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives.
• Supervise software development lifecycle, system upgrades, and technology vendors.
• Build and mentor high-performing technology teams.

🎯 Preferred Skills & Certifications

• Experience in enterprise systems integration, web application deployment, and code review.
