About the Role

Alkhidmat Foundation is seeking a skilled and motivated ERP Developer to join its IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ERPNext development, customization, and integration, with a strong understanding of business process automation and enterprise application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ERPNext modules based on organizational requirements.
• Build and enhance features using the Frappe Framework and Python.
• Integrate ERPNext with third-party applications and external systems.
• Analyze business workflows and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency.
• Optimize system performance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support for ERP applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Develop high-quality customizations while following best practices and coding standards.
• Maintain system documentation and support future enhancements.

Required Skills & Expertise
