? Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
? Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience

? Key Responsibilities

?? Develop and execute system specifications, technical requirements, and operational processes
?? Create and maintain technical & program documentation for efficient planning and execution
?? Manage and document system configurations and infrastructure setups
?? Provide technical feedback and support for large-scale infrastructure environments
?? Ensure infrastructure safety, security, upgrades, and backup management
?? Monitor compatibility of hardware and software across organizational systems and projects
?? Act as a subject matter expert for architectural frameworks, methods, and tools
?? Create, manage, unlock, reset, enable, and disable user IDs on Active Directory (LDAP) as per SOPs
?? Maintain proper logs and records of all user account maintenance activities
