? Job Overview
The Developer will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining advanced healthcare software solutions for hospital operations. This includes development of Hospital Management Information Systems (HMIS) and related clinical and administrative platforms to improve patient care, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
You will work on systems such as:
- HMIS (Hospital Management Information System)
- BBMIS
- Triage Systems
- Token Management System
- PACS Database Integration
- Oracle & MySQL-based systems
- Android Applications
- System Integration & Dashboard Development
?? Key Responsibilities
?? Software Development & System Design
- Design, develop, test, and deploy HMIS modules including patient management, billing, and clinical systems
- Develop scalable healthcare applications aligned with hospital workflows
- Customize HMIS features according to clinical and administrative requirements
? Integration & API Development
- Develop APIs and integration layers with:
- Laboratory systems
- Pharmacy systems
- Radiology systems
- Billing and finance modules
? Database & Analytics
- Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and reporting tools
- Ensure accurate, secure, and structured clinical and administrative data management
- Build dashboards for operational and performance monitoring
? Healthcare Systems Support
- Provide technical support to doctors, nurses, and administrative users
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure high system availability
- Maintain documentation, manuals, and technical guides
? Quality, Security & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards including HL7, EHR, ICD-10
- Participate in audits, security checks, and data protection initiatives
- Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and security
? Collaboration & Coordination
- Work with clinical and administrative stakeholders to gather requirements
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal IT teams
- Participate in requirement analysis, feasibility studies, and project documentation
- Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support
? Testing & Maintenance
- Participate in QA processes, testing, debugging, and code reviews
- Ensure system stability, performance, and continuous improvement
