Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

1–3 years of relevant IT support experience, preferably in warehousing, retail, or logistics environments.

? Key Requirements

• Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, networking, and system configuration
• Familiarity with ERP applications (retail systems experience preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving and technical support skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong communication and coordination abilities

?? Job Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for warehouse systems, including hardware, software, scanners, printers, and CCTV
• Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi network issues and coordinate with the central IT team for escalations
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment across warehouse operations
• Support ERP-related activities, user access management, and issue resolution
• Coordinate with software vendors for technical support and maintenance
• Ensure data backups, system updates, and compliance with IT security protocols
• Maintain IT support logs and prepare monthly performance reports
• Provide technical assistance during stock counts, system migrations, and integrations
