Job Overview

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. is seeking a Senior T24 Development Engineer to support T24/Temenos development, core banking data migration, system integrations, and technical optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, debug, review, and optimize Java/InfoBasic code for the TAFJ environment.
• Develop automated data migration scripts, OFS batch upload routines, file extractors, and transformation tools.
• Build and customize T24 local components, AA product routines, Versions, Enquiries, Deal Slips, and validation rules.
• Implement and maintain T24 integrations using OFS, IRIS REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware routines.
• Monitor and troubleshoot COB batch processing and resolve database deadlocks, locking issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Write and optimize Oracle SQL queries for data extraction, technical logs, and discrepancy resolution.
• Maintain Git repositories and participate in peer code reviews.
• Support deployment packaging across Dev, SIT, UAT, and Production environments.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Temenos T24 software development experience.
• Direct experience with T24 core migration routines and data-loading tools.

Required Skills

• TAFJ framework, Java, InfoBasic/jBase, and T24 AA module customization.
• Core banking data migration using OFS routines and database extraction scripts.
• Oracle Database, SQL, query optimization, and T24 database configurations.
• OFS and IRIS APIs.
• Unix/Linux shell scripting.
• Git version control and Jira issue tracking.

Desirable Skills

• Temenos Academy Technical Training certification (TAFJ track).
• Oracle Cloud/OCI fundamentals.
• Agile Developer certifications.
