We are looking for a talented and innovative Full Stack Developer to join our Creative Solutions team. The ideal candidate will contribute to building, testing, and validating innovative product concepts while working across modern frontend and backend technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and iterate on prototypes and proof-of-concepts for new product features.
• Evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and libraries, conduct benchmarks, and document technical trade-offs.
• Translate research papers, technical specifications, and product ideas into functional working code.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Core Engineering teams to transition validated concepts into production-ready solutions.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality, reproducibility, and reliable handoff to engineering teams.
• Build test harnesses, fixtures, and mocks to validate ideas quickly and effectively.
• Prepare clear technical documentation, experiment reports, and internal demonstrations.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help establish engineering standards for new initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong programming fundamentals in JavaScript, PHP, Python, and Kotlin.
• Comfortable working across the full technology stack, including Next.js, React, frontend, and backend development.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Ability to evaluate performance, scalability, and technical trade-offs during prototype and development stages.
• Experience with Git/version control, software testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Hands-on experience writing unit tests using standard testing frameworks.
• Understanding of mocking, fixtures, test isolation, and automated testing.
• Familiarity with test automation in CI pipelines and code coverage tools.
• Ability to independently work on loosely defined problems and communicate technical findings clearly.
• Good judgment in determining the appropriate level of testing for prototypes versus production-ready code.
