NADRA is seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals for the position of Assistant Director (Network Engineer – Soft VPN Project) under Regulations 9, 10 and 11 of the NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002.

🎓 Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s (4 Years) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecom Engineering, Software Engineering, or an equivalent related field from an HEC-recognized university.
• Degrees must be HEC-attested.
• Master’s degree will be preferred.

💼 Experience

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in Communications & Networks.
• CCNA / CCNP certification will be preferred.

🛠️ Key Skills & Competencies

• Configuration and administration of firewall services and Soft VPN connectivity.
• Hands-on experience with deployment and maintenance of network firewalls and switches in production environments, including Aggregation, Core and Perimeter networks.
• Ensuring seamless SVPN user connectivity and resolving complex network issues through tiered troubleshooting.
• Management of VPN groups, IP address schemes and user access provisioning.
• Experience leading technical teams across infrastructure and security domains.
• Strong knowledge of routing and switching protocols.
• Excellent communication, technical, interpersonal and networking skills.
• Ability to supervise Infrastructure, Support and Security teams.

📋 Terms & Conditions

• The selected candidate will be hired on a contract basis with a 6-month probation period, which may be extended if required.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
• Government/Semi-Government employees must provide an NOC at the time of application.
• 5 years’ age relaxation is already included in the stated age limit.
• Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
• No TA/DA will be admissible.
• HEC/relevant regulatory body-attested degrees must be provided at the time of interview.
