🎓 Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s (4 Years) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent related field from an HEC-recognized university.
- Degrees must be HEC-attested.
- Master’s degree will be preferred.
💼 Experience
- Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in IT infrastructure operations, communication and networks.
- Certifications such as CCNA, Cyber Security and Active Directory are preferred.
🛠️ Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain server/client machines and IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, applications and network issues.
- Provide technical support for login, authentication and access problems.
- Handle patch management, system updates and antivirus updates.
- Monitor incidents, maintain logs and coordinate with support teams.
- Provide 24/7 technical support and timely incident resolution.
- Configure and support routing, switching, firewalls, VLANs and VPNs.
- Administer DHCP, DNS and Active Directory services.
- Troubleshoot LAN connectivity, cabling and switch-port issues.
- Perform system monitoring, performance tuning and log analysis.
- Support endpoint security, compliance audits and technical evaluations.
- Conduct pre-deployment checks for network security and business applications.

- Contract-based appointment with a 6-month probation period.
