Job Description

Stylo Group is seeking a skilled Software Developer with strong software development experience, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The selected candidate will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions supporting business requirements and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Integrate applications with APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
• Contribute to system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement.
• Follow software development, version control, testing, and deployment practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve business efficiency.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in one or more technologies/programming languages such as React, Next.js, Node.js, Java, C++, PHP, or Python.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Working knowledge of databases, APIs, version control, and software testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience developing or integrating AI-enabled applications will be an advantage.
