The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the hotel's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software while providing timely technical assistance to end users.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity and system performance.
• Provide technical support to hotel staff for IT-related issues.
• Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and data backups.
• Assist in maintaining servers, security systems, and IT infrastructure.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and software support when required.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets and technical activities.
• Support the implementation of new IT solutions and technology upgrades.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

Applicants must possess at least one of the following qualifications:

• MBA in Information Technology
• BS in Computer Science

Experience

• Minimum 2–6 years of relevant professional experience in Information Technology.
• Strong troubleshooting, networking, and system administration skills will be an advantage.
